Editorial Review:
Fight motion sickness with drug free Go Acustraps. Acupressure sea wristbands apply gentle pressure to an acupressure point on your wrist allowing you to forget about nausea and enjoy your travels.
Customer Reviews:
Customer Rating: Summary: Terrible Comment: I used traditional "Seabands" for my morning sickness, and I thought these would be nice for a trip to Mexico where we'd be in the water a lot. The idea is good but when you tighten them enough to get the ball to the pressure points (to ease the nausea) the rest of the band is too stiff of a material and cuts into your wrists, it's terribly uncomfortable. I would recommend using a regular pair of seabands that you designate for water use. Customer Rating: Summary: drug-free and effective Comment: I knew of nausea bands before as I had used them for sea-sickness when traveling. My mother also started using them to cope with her nausea when she underwent chemo-therapy for cancer or whenever she felt too dizzy when traveling or walking around shopping. I bought this brand because they are adjustable in length and washable without loosing its elasticity and did not look too weird to wear with jeans and T-shirts. The color also helps them to pass off as some bands that kids wear nowadays around their wrists for fun and do not attract too much attention. The newest use for the bands was to cope with my nausea in the first trimester of my pregnancy - it works! the best part is that it is drug-free and works on the principle of acu-pressure (acupuncture minus the needles!)and is safe for pregnant moms like me.
