Comment: This item is terrific. I am remodeling my bathroom and have to use the guest bathroom which has a very modern, low commode. I have two metal knees and arthritis and can't get up from very low places. This item arrived the next day after ordering, using "Prime" and it was already put together, all I had to do was snap on the seat and back. Well made and so helpful. I am a retired nurse and I must have seen and handled thousands of portable commodes. This feels and looks like one of the best. Would recommend.

Comment: My sister and brother-in-law's house only has a bathroom on their second floor and the basement. I am unable to use stairs. I purchased this commode and it worked out very nicely. The only complaint would be the splash guard on the bucket. When it was emptied this would get in the way of it emptying completely.

Comment: My wife and I purchased the commode when we visited our son and daughter in law. They did not have a bathroom on the second floor and we wanted something for night time so we would not have to go up and down the steps. It worked like a charm and was very stable. No problems as it was just like a regular toilet with seat and lid. It comes with a cover for the bucket if you need to use it. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Comment: I purchased this item on Amazon several months ago before having knee surgery. It arrived in three days (free shipping, standard ground, directly from Medline) in excellent condition. There was virtually no assembly - just unwind the protective wrapping from the assembled frame and snap in the seat and lid. Height adjustment is very easy and fast. Without the bucket, it slips right over most any bathroom toilet to raise the seat to a comfortable height for recovering knees or hips. With its arms and legs, this unit is very stable - an important factor! I would be very wary of raised toilet seat units which have neither arms nor 4 legs firmly on the floor. It's a bargain at this price.
