Customer Rating: Summary: So-So Comment: This remote does what it has to, but it also reacts to your pc/laptop's Windows Media. That sucks for people like me. Because i bought this remote to be used on my Xbox 360 not my laptop. If i press the power button on the remote then my 360 will turn on (good) but if my laptop is on, it'll goto sleep mode (bad). Battery life is good. The buttons light up. And you can navigate the 360 dashbaord effectively using the remote. Customer Rating: Summary: Awesome Comment: This Remote is awesome no problems whatsoever put the batteries in and that was it. Customer Rating: Summary: Almost exactly what I was looking for Comment: Great remote. Allows me to watch the movies I'm wirelessly sharing to my xbox on my bigscreen while only using one remote. I can change inputs on my tv, change the volume, control the xbox dashboard ... Ahh, so nice :)
My only complaint is the 'TV' button. It's basically a TV/Xbox button that allows you to switch the device that you're currently controlling with the remote. Unfortunately, it's awkward to figure out which device you are currently controlling. A switch would have been better.
Otherwise, great product! Customer Rating: Summary: Xbox 360 Universal Media Remote Comment: works great, looks cool, comfortable to hold, and you can program it to work with your TV. I suggest you get it only if you watch a lot of movies in your XBox 360, otherwise the controller will work fine. Customer Rating: Summary: xbox 360 remote....meh Comment: I received this remote with my hd-dvd player, its a good looking remote and it will also control the 360 dashboard but it has a major flaw. I alomost have to be directly in front of my 360 for this thing to work, if I'm off at an angle, any kind of angle I have to hold my arm out to get more in line with the 360 to make it work..pretty lame
