Clinique's Almost Lipstick in Black Honey is a holy grail products for so many women, and after years of not jumping on the bandwagon, I finally decided to give it a try. I was absolutely thrilled with the results. The lipstick goes on smooth and light, and feels fantastic on my lips. The color looks great- it comes out a light, sheer red/purple on my lips. Looks great, feels great- this is a great daytime lipstick. For nighttime I'd want something a bit darker and more dramatic (this really is sheer). The color, black honey, looks almost black in the tube, but layers on nicely, from a light tint to a deeper shade, but it's not overwhelming in the least. The color would probably look good on just about anyone, and the shade actually whitens the teeth a bit by contrast, which is a nice bonus. On top of that there's no smell, so you put it on and aren't conscious of anything except softer lips.
