Summary: Smudge-proof but not consistent
Comment: I am impressed that this liner stays put, but I couldn't get over the fact that I had to use most of the liner before having to sharpen it every few seconds. The consistency was a little off - it would fade and darken, then I'd have to redo the faded areas, using more of the liner only to sharpen it again. Also, sharpening this liner is pretty grueling - you might have to keep sharpening to get a proper point without breakage.

Comment: I have been looking for this eyeliner for years! Ever since they stopped carrying it at Rite-Aid I have been on a quest to find the perfect waterproof eyeliner to replace the 2.99 lord and berry one. I even tried expensive brands like mac and clinique with no such luck. This eyeliner is great for women who like to line their inner eye, it goes on smooth and dark and stays put until you wash it off!
