Comment: I was skeptical due to its size, but I am so glad I gave it a try!! I have been using a Conair ceramic one with 2 inch plates, but it is difficult to handle and pulls hair out. This one is perfect! The size is actually a PLUS because it is so easy to use! I have long,layered hair, and I can run it through faster than with the 2 inch. I can get right next to the scalp with no problem. It just glides through and the corners are rounded, so no pulling hair out. The multiple heat settings are a bonus. Overall, it is designed perfectly! Also, I read many reviews on Chi and it apparently shorts out pretty easily. So, why spend the extra $$? I highly recommend this iron.

Comment: I bought this flat iron on recommendation from my personal hair stylist. It is the one she uses in the salon. It is the first flat iron I have ever purchased or used. I love it!! It does not get too hot, has never singed my hair and was also very economical. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this iron to others.
