Comment: I mistakenly bought this roller thinking it would be firm like the one I use at my physical therapists but I was mistaken. They do advertise it as soft so I got what I ordered I just don't know what I would use it for and hope to be able to return it.

Comment: Excellent product and fast service. Because of shipping to Canada, however, there were unexpected shipping costs and shipping ended up costing far more than the product.
