No instructions included with the item. However, plenty of disclaimer information was included in the package. Phoned the company and the associate with whom I spoke was helpful but indicated there are no written instructions for inlating or using the item. I then took the item to my physical therapist who had the proper pump for inflating the item. The therapist was unable to inflate it. Unhappily, I am returning the item to The Therapy Connection at HPMS.

Comment: Challenging ,gives you a workout and as I use it my balance seems to improve. The product is small and appears well made yet is not overly expensive . I am useing it regularly and enjoying it . Plan to buy two more for my daughters ; they have used mine and love it.

Summary: Has stopped my siatica back pain!
Comment: Everyone in my office know's how much I love this! I want to buy two more for my house. I have a desk job and siatica pain. At the recomendation of my chiropracter I purchased this and WOW what a difference. Because it keeps in more active motion I have only have a siactia flare up ONCE in the year since I bougtht this and normally I have a flair up every 3-4 months.

**Just wanted to update. 3 ppl in my office have now purchased one of these. I haven't been to the chiropracter w/ siatica pain now in over 2 years The active sitting is amazingly benefical for the back!
