Unfortunately, the instructions were poorly written and illustrated. Overall, it is a good buy for someone who has good mechanical skills in assembling such items.

Summary: Sturdy, well made, fluid movements - Great
Comment: Arrived in three days (vs. 10 like I was told by Amazon). Brand new, all items were in new, solid plastic. Assembly took about 15 minutes, you might need two people just to hold some of the longer parts in place. All the tools necessary are supplied, may need a Philips screwdriver.

It's large, just what I wanted. The casters are plastic, and you could probably go to Home Depot and change them out with something else if you were so inclined.

The whiteboard has a locking latch so it won't move when you're writing on it, and the movement from one side to the other is very fluid.

Highly recommend, very happy with the whiteboard and the shipping company. The guy even helped me bring it up to my studio.
