Comment: The vibration was too loud and the pillow was uncomfortable. I am going back to the inflatable pillow.

Comment: It doesn't do good if you have a shower enclosure that goes straight up, with no rim around the tub to rest your head. If I had a different style tub, it would probably have worked better.

Comment: I got this as a gift. It is a nice bath pillow. It is soft and curves the tub very well. It is comfy. I really like it. My only real "complaint" is that it is very loud. The vibration definitely vibrates hard. I used it upstairs in the tub and my husband could hear it downstairs. I don't know if that is just because of the way our tub is or if it's the product, but I actually haven't used the vibrate feature lately because I don't want to wake the baby. But, I like it even without the vibrate on.
