Summary: I'm one of the disappointed
Comment: Sounds like a wonderful idea, looks like just what I wanted. It might work IF it had a really wide, stable base. You can only use it lying on the floor, or it feels really wobbly. In my case, I used it lying on the bed, and after a while of my neck trying to stay really still, using some muscles I wasn't used to using in a delicate way like that, those muscles tensed up like crazy and triggered a really bad episode where I had a week of complete pain being unable even to lift my head to normal position. I had to walk around with my face towards the floor which felt idiotic. Chiropractor told me he could only do so much fixing while my muscles were irritated like that, and I had to just lie on ice packs a while. Ouch. So maybe this gadget's a good idea and will work for some people, sure didn't for me though. I can't try it again, can't even look at it now without cringing at the memory so I'm giving it away.

Comment: I've owned this product for about 2 weeks now, and it is the first 2 weeks in over 15 years where I have been free of neck pain. I cant believe I actually found something that worked. I've tried everything from different pillows, massagers, chair supports, hot and cold compresses .... you name it. I had actually given up a while ago, but I stumbled across this and thought I'd give it one more shot. I'm so glad I did!
I do agree that for $25, there isnt much 'there', but it is well worth the price to me. I suffered with pain in the back of my neck, with the majority of it right at the base of my head that would give me horrible tension headaches. Its brought on by too many hours slouched at the computer everyday and I also sleep on my stomach so I wake up stiff and achy. I have been using this product when I go to bed and in the morning for about 10 minutes each and it has completely taken away all my pain. While I could see that this wouldnt solve all back/neck problems, I think its definately worth it to try if your problem sounds like mine. I have been going to the chiropractor on a weekly basis for almost 15 years, and I'm pretty confident that now all I will need are a couple 'tune-ups' a few times a year. I'm ordering a second one as a backup for down the road when this one wears out or breaks.

Comment: I've been using this item in my massage practice for over a month now and my clients have all reported that they LOVE it! They rest their head on the Real EaSe Neck Support while I work on their hands, arms, and feet, and they say that they are able to fully relax because their head and neck feels comfortable.
I use it for myself at the end of the day and it feels marvelous.

Summary: Neck Pain?
Comment: This is a great product, at first it seems like a cheap piece of plastic, but it is actually quite comfortable if you lay a towel on it. Don't spend to much time on it because it streches the neck muscles and can cause some sorness in those muscles, but the pulling action that streches the neck and opens the joints will go a long way to easing pain cuased by a day at the computer or just typical pain for compressed disks.
