Summary: great clipper that lasted 5 yrs
Comment: i've owned this product for almost 5 years. it didn't need oiling for about 2-3 years, then i purchased blade oil(although product states it doesn't need oiling its life), and worked like new. i've never went to the barber while i had this machine. i cut about every month, possibly every 1.5 month. also cut my roommates hair multiple times as well. my last haircut it started going off and on while cutting. luckily i was able to finish the cut, but i am in the market to purchase the same one b/c of the price and reliability. i've even dropped it IN THE TOILET, and on concrete multiple times cracking the plastic handle that sticks out to adjust blade. through all that it still worked. for me it had a life for about 5 years, and was one of the greatest $20 investments i've ever made.

Summary: Blade worked for about 15 hair cuts, can't find replacement blade
Comment: The first few times I used the clippers they worked just fine. But after about 15 hair cuts the blade wasn't very sharp anymore. It took forever and pulled on the hairs. It's not worth the hassle. If you're looking for a quick "disposable" set of clippers these are the ones for you.
