Summary: Bad Service - Good Product
Comment: I purchased steam cleaner liquid for my steam cleaner. I specifically gave the correct address as house # 66 since everyone in our subdivision has the same address all items need to be sent to the correct house number. The package was delivered to the wrong house. It was delivered to house # 6. When I received a tracking number, I looked at the address & whoever processed had put house # 6 instead of house # 66.
I called & emailed Goodmans but nothing was done to rectify the situation. Many days later, house no. 6 brought my pkg over; otherwise, I would not have received my purchase & since so much time had elapsed since I bought the cleaner, I was wondering what had happened to it.
