Summary: Didn't boost curls...
Comment: My stylist used this the last time I got a hair cut - and I was not impressed. It smells nice, but it is applied like hair spray to wet hair (I didn't like how it made my hair feel). I have fine hair that is not straight but not curly - it's somewhere in the frizzy, fly-away middle. I want to find something that will define waves (or better yet help me scrunch to curls). But this product made some of my hair to go straighter, and none of it really curled. So while this may work for those with already curly hair, it didn't do much to boost slightly wavy hair into curls.

Summary: Does What It Claims To Do & Then Some
Comment: I've been using the Frizz-Ease line of hair care products for probably about 15 years, and I still highly recommend it, but recently the supermarket I shop at doesn't stock Frizz-Ease anymore, so I decided to try the TiGi Catwalk line, including the Curl Booster. I originally thought it was mousse but it is actually a clear substance that smells a whole lot like hairspray, but it isn't. You apply it to your hair like you would hairspray, then scrunch it up. I was expecting it would work okay, but it actually does a fantastic job. My hair got curlier once the product dried completely and it lasts all day. It also reduces frizz by about 90 percent. It also doesn't leave your hair stiff or sticky like some hair products do. You can also use it on either wet or dry hair. I put it on after I wash my hair and/or just after I brush my hair in the morning. It's a little more pricey than most haircare products in the drugstore but I think it's well worth the price.

Only one caveat: I have naturally curly hair so I don't know if this would work with someone who has straight hair. I'll have to try it out on someone with straight hair and see what happens :)
