Comment: I normally wait awhile to write reviews, but thought I'd do this one anyway even though I've only had this for about a month. I've used it about 5-7 times now and the sound, compared to the one I was using previously, is great. Even more important is that it's very comfortable to use and seems well built.

Summary: PillowSonic Stereo Pillow Speaker Review
Comment: I purchased this PillowSonic Stereo Pillow Speaker because I have been looking for a few weeks for a nice pillow speaker. When I placed this speaker under my pillow, I can't hear anything. When I placed the speaker between my ear and the pillow, I must turn the TV volume about ten times higher just to hear the TV. Of course have you ever tried to rest your head on a speaker? I have also found the only way to enjoy (?) this product is by laying the speakers on my ear as I rest on my side. So this becomes a sandwich, (in which you better not move) bed, pillow, my head, and then the speaker on top. This is not what I wanted. I would be better off just putting an ear plug in my ear and listening to the TV that way. Don't waste your money. You can buy mine for just the cost of shipping. One star is the best I could give this product. Sorry, but it just doesn't work.

Comment: The new pillowsonic speakers I received recently seem to be much better constructed than some I had before for several years. I don't know if they are made by the same company, but they are great. I need music under my pillow for those nightly times when I have a difficult time sleeping. I control the volume from my stereo and play the music of Marco Antonio Solis. Now you get two reviews here.!!!!!!

Summary: Great product, highly recommended!
Comment: I was using earbuds every night before I bought this product. It was irritating as they would fall out during the night and my ears were getting sore. I decided to try the Pillowsonic Pillow Speakers and ordered through Amazon from Dream Essentials. The shipping was really fast, I ordered on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday.

I've been using it for a week now and I love it. I started with a pretty flat, old pillow and because the filling was so compressed, I was having a hard time hearing and I could really feel the speakers. The next day I switched to a normal, somewhat fluffy pillow and it was MUCH better. I could hear very clearly and couldn't feel the speakers at all. I can hear fine whether I'm sleeping on my back or on my side with my ear down towards the speaker.

I use my cellphone/pda as an MP3 player and had to buy an adapter from Radio Shack for the speakers, but it was worth it.

This is a great product for the price and I'm glad there were so many positive reviews to encourage me to try it.
