Summary: Caswell-Massey: Very Disappointing!
Comment: This was the worst online shopping experience I have had. I ordered 1 of: "Lily of the Valley Gift Set" from Caswell-Massey.

My Order was Placed: April 22, 2005 an I was given a Delivery estimate: April 27, 2005 - May 2, 2005

My order never arrived and it was time-dated as a birthday gift. When I wrote to them I received a response that my order was overlooked and did I want it re-shipped about a month after I placed it! Very disappointing...

I then asked for a credit which I dont know that I ever received and because of their delays in correspondence it seems I passed the refund period. Fortunately this has really been the only poor service experience I've had with an online vendor otherwise I'd never shop online again... I gave them 2-stars because they did respond the my email inquiry so it wasn't a total bust... I truly hope this was an isolated occurance.
