Comment: This product is excellent. No running at all, although I recommend you put it on before your face products as I ALWAYS have some on my cheek after I put it on. With Bare Escentuals a very small amount goes a long way so a small amount can be quite dark. I really like that I'm done with makeup for the day within 10 minutes also.

Summary: Fabulous, and no allergies!
Comment: Well, girls, here is a product we should all have in our makeup arsenal. I use a lot of the BE products but for a dark liner to line my lids I always used MAC fluidliners. They are excellent too, but I developed an allergy to them. So, I switched to BE Liner Shadow and I love it.

I am blonde with blue eyes, so I use "Bark;" not a great name for a beauty product but the perfect color for me. I have a double-ended Stila brush that I use with this liner. I use a can of Evian aerosol water (very cool product, BTW) and mist a little into the cap. Then I tap some of the liner onto the cap and mix it with the water, and then apply using the liner end of the brush. What you get is a nice, solid line.

Of course, most of us want to avoid the "Amy Winehouse" look, so then I use the blunt end of the brush to gently smudge the liner (after it's dry) for a softer edge. Presto! Instant smoky eye. This doesn't quite have the staying power of the MAC gel liner, but I think it is a more gentle, natural product and much better for my eyes.

BTW, I wear contacts, and the BE Liner Shadow doesn't bother my eyes at all. Bottom line: this product is a winner! It's cheap and a little goes a long way. It looks gorgeous too. Will re-purchase again & again!

Comment: Bare Escentuals bareMinerals Liner Shadow...I use it everyday. I think the eyes are the gateway to the soul, as they say. And I think you should dress the eye as you would a window in your favorite room. And when you place those beautiful curtains on a window...what does it do? It justs seems to pull the whole room together. So what I mean by this is, simple. The eyes are the best focal point on a woman, like a window is to a room. So why not make those eyes just pop and pull the whole face together. By using this shadow liner, you do just that. The colors come in shades of the most innocent to very dramatic. I own many different shades and even mix them to create my own shade at times. They go on very silky with an eye liner brush. It has a great staying power as well. I sometimes use this as is, right out of the pot or I use it with the bareEscentuals liner sealer. When used with that, it becomes a liquid eye liner. This product doesn't flake. I have never had any eye irritation. However if you find that you have some specks that have fallen onto the face after applying, I use the Bare Escentuals multi-tasking bisque and with the concealer brush, I gently sweep the specks away. Easy as that. The liner can be made as bold and wide as you want or you can make it into a thin line. Either way, the results are fabulous. And as a woman...who doesn't want to look fabulous?!
