Summary: It has absolutely no effect on me
Comment: I suffer from occasional sleeplessness, and decided to try something different from a prescription medication like Ambien (which works very well). Calms Forte was on sale at my local chemists, so I bought a bottle and have tried it several times. Despite increasing the dosage from 2 to the recommended 3 tablets, it does nothing at all to help me sleep.

It may work for some people -- I suspect those who rate it highly are more subject to the placebo effect, and experience an effect because they believe it will work -- but it didn't help me at all.

Summary: Takes the edge off
Comment: This is an amazing product. I have an extremely stressful job and a co-worker recommended Calms to me. I do not take as a sleep aid, but I have found Calms Forte to be a great help to remove that anxious, stressed-out, overwhelmed feeling and make it possible to just stay focused and get the job done without freaking out about it. I have noticed no side effects or wierd feelings, only that I feel more centered and have more of a sense of order and even a sense of humor about things, even in the midst of relative pandamonium. Its effect is subtle but extremely effective. Highly recommended!

Comment: I am U.S. military, stationed on Okinawa, Japan. I received this in less then two weeks, which is incredibly fast for overseas. I would have never went with this company if they did not have the Amazon backing them up. Amazon has been known to have companies that are relible subworking under their name. The product was packed secure. Calms forte works. I sleep amoung hundreds of people at close range. It helps you relax and rest with noises everywhere.

Comment: We all go through various situations which put us to the test. When traveling, I won't leave the house without these pills and Bach Original Flower Essences Rescue Remedy.

You can also keep these in your purse for when your friends and family are going through stressful times.

These are safe for children and you only need 1-3 tablets for the temporary treatment of nervous tension and insomnia.
Non-habit forming.

While these are calming - Try Valerian to really knock yourself out.
