Customer Rating: Summary: Cartridge Reveiw Comment: I found setting up the cartridge difficult. Since the stylis is completely under the housing there is little room for error. The included nuts did not fit the housing. They spun around in the housing.
Once set up the sound was even and warm to me. Very good for an inexpensive cartridge. I use it for my second turntable (Technics SL B2) that is used for the primary listening in the family before I record an album. Customer Rating: Summary: Phono cartridge Comment: I was very pleased with my purchase. I received exactly what I wanted in less than a week. Customer Rating: Summary: I love Cardulis Comment: Although I sent it to Cuba, my family said that is such a nice equipment. Customer Rating: Summary: A little bit of sanity in the phono cartridge market Comment: It has been my (long) experience that Audio Technica products are generally competently designed and remarkably durable in actual consumer use. This little workhorse (AT-pl120)is no exception. It took the place of the standard cartridge included with an Icon USB turntable (a bad choice on my part, BTW), the stylus of which bent to an unusable angle for no particular reason. Rather than spend $22 on a replacement stylus, I popped for a pair of these A-T and am very satisfied. No audiophiliac pretensions, to be sure, but a well-made product at a decent price. Customer Rating: Summary: Okay for a while............ Comment: It sounded okay for the first five records. Then it wore out and sounded fuzzy. And no, I wasn't being rough on it. The records I was running were in fairly good shape, and I know enough to put a light weight on it.
