Summary: Soy Supplement really helped my hot flashes!
Comment: I was having 20+ hot flashes per day. Upon my docter's advice I tried black cohosh and evening primrose oil - neither of these worked. He then told me about Healthy Woman Soy Supplement. Within 2 weeks my hot flashes were reduced to less than 5 per day! I stopped the other herbs and now only take the soy. It has been a real life saver for me.

Summary: Finally - something that works!
Comment: In 2001, my doctor told me to try over-the-counter menopause supplements because my hot flashes were so bad that I couldn't sleep and would swoon in the midst of business meeting. I tried everything. I was beginning to lose hope, and had almost decided the whole industry was a scam. But I kept trying different things in search of help anyway.

It took me over a year to find a supplement that actually worked and changed the hot flashes into an occasional minor inconvenience instead of a life-quality-altering-sleep-sapping problem. Healthy Woman Soy Menopause supplements with Optisoy.

Comment: I have to tell you, that I had been suffering from hot flashes and night sweats, to the tune of 20 or so a day for about 3 months. They stole about 2 hours of sleep and rest from me each night, making me have to get out of bed to help escape the heat. Also, during the day, I was constantly bouncing back and forth between being way too hot and freezing. It was making me crazy. After looking at all the products on the overthecounter market for 'flash relief', I decided to try this product. The first two weeks I really did not notice any relief or difference. Then, about the middle of the third week, all of the sudden, I realized that I was able to remain in the bed all nite, followed by dimished episodes during the day to finally, after being on this product for a full 28 days, I find that I not only can remain in the bed, but I do not even have to throw off the covers anymore. And during the day, I am only mildy warm from time to time. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this is for me! And, after looking at all the other products available for hot flash and night sweat relief, I feel that this definitely offers all the relief I seek at the lowest dosage of an estrogen substitute around. Given the negative press about hormone replacement therapy lately, I feel safe taking this and definitely enjoy the positive change it has made in my day to day existance. I am ordering it in 6 months quantities at a time from here on out!
