Each tablet is composed of one layer of fat soluble vitamins as well as sustained release water soluble vitamins, and another layer of rapid sustained release water soluble vitamins, and another layer of rapid release minerals and digestive aids. Comment: I have been taking these vitamins for many years now. I can tell a difference if I am not taking them.

I always take 2 after lunch because of the medication I take in the mornings. They have never upset my stomach.

Summary: You better have a huge throat
Comment: ...because these are giant horse pills. Go for the Daily One caps instead. And don't be surprised if your TwinLab glass bottles arrive broken. My last order came in shards, but Amazon and their crack phone support in India made it right.
