Summary: GARBAGE PAIL KIDS MOVIE Review
Comment: Toilet humor and cheesy musical scores are aplenty in this movie based on the old collector's stickers that were so popular in the 80's. This is absolutely one of the dumbest movies ever put on film. It does occasionally have moments that are so bad that they are funny but for the most part, it is not worth sitting through some very annoying characters for a few moments that will provide a forgettable chuckle or two.

Okay, for the sake of anyone who is really interested, a bullied kid somehow releases the nasty title characters on his unsuspecting tormentors with predictable results. You're better off checking out the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" movie if you're feeling nostalgic.

Comment: when this movie was originally released in theatres it was rated PG-13. this is the PG version, with not only some of the more crude parts removed, it now has musical numbers in it! not recommended for the casual moviegoer.

Summary: Awesome 80's Cult Movie!
Comment: All of us born in the mid to late 70's will remember the characters from the Garbage Pail Kids trading cards because we were all buying them and trading them in our elementary and middle school years. This film is a must-have for all you former collectors. No, it's no great piece of film history, but it is one of the best cult films of our childhood era. This film is also becoming very hard to find and most new copies can only be obtained in PAL format from Australia. Go out and buy a copy today!!
