Comment: After reading the big and bulky Maker's Diet, the shopper's guide was just what I needed as I eat at resturants and shop at the grocery store. I just finished reading the Maker's Diet for the 2nd time. This is a GREAT book. I have tried every diet out there, including South Beach, Blood type, Veganism, you name it. Raw foodism worked, but I felt protein starved all of the time. This diet is working from day one and my symptoms are much improved. You must take the HSO's! I am convinced it is the combo of diet plus HSO and green food supplementation that is so important. So, don't listen to the whiners.
