Summary: Don't Judge the Series by this Blunder
Comment: I waited anxiously for this book, another in The Other series by Warren. However, it was awful. I did not even finish it. Who would want to read about these two or even know them. Yuck. However, I would recommend that you buy the other The Other series books that lead up to this one as they are awesome. I hope this is not indicative of what is coming up next or else I will no longer be purchasing Warren's books.

Summary: Not really the 6th
Comment: It's important to realize that while this is the 6th Others book published by st martins press, it was actually the first written, and a novella form of it was published as an ebook by ellora's cave. The Others book 1 is actually book 7 in terms of order written, but it has a much more developed plot and is not as bare bones strict romance. I would avoid these rereleases for the most part and stick to the actual 6th book up coming, Your So Vein.

Summary: Don't waste your money!
Comment: I am really disappointed with this book. The Dimitri is totally creepy and all dominating...but not in a good way! This book is totallly cheesy and the sex scenes start out good but totally turn me off when he starts being all creepy and bossy and ordering her around...i'm sorry that does not make for a good romance novel! I don't even know if i will be able to finish its getting that bad...

Comment: ONE BITE WITH A STRANGER made for a great read! I have both editions that were written and glad this one was extended to read more of Dmitri's book. And so looking forward to the next in the series, YOU'RE SO VEIN. Neat title!

Summary: unsettling sex scenes
Comment: I've read over a hundred vampire romance novels and honestly I think this is the worst I've ever read. It crosses the line from sexy S&M sex scenes to uncomfortable sexist submission scenes. The characters were not likeable at all, I felt no respect or like for the main characters and the plot left much to be desired. The author listed character traits in several spots in the novel, but the characters themselves didn't show they had those traits through their thoughts/actions/speech. Worse than Laurel Hamilton's worst. Her sex scenes don't make me feel uncomfortable, these did.
