Comment: This book has a comprehensive list of any question you can think of on any topic. I have gained more confidence interviewing because I know that whomever I interview with from Hiring Managers to HR to Executive Directors to Unit Managers, I am prepared with intelligent answers that do not sound contrived. I am getting me called back for second interviews. So I am making the cut. While the claim to provide the "best answers" may be arguable, the questions were on target and the ideas for how one might answer them were excellent.
