Removal error Reply to topic

In an attempt to do some testing, I've removed IP_Tracker from my system and deleted the files, along with the entry in footer.php. Now, I am getting the following error on every page:

includes/classes/cpg_adminmenu.php

* Warning line 251: _get_content(modules/IP_Tracker/admin/adlinks.inc) [function.-get-content]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
* Warning line 251: _get_content(modules/IP_Tracker/admin/adlinks.inc) [function.-get-content]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
* Warning line 251: _get_content() [function.include]: Failed opening 'modules/IP_Tracker/admin/adlinks.inc' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php')

I've done a search of my database and can find no reference to IP Tracker in anything.

Thoughts?

Simply deactivating the module will actually deactivate the tracking.

It's not actually an IP Tracker issue, though it does appear that way - you would (not should) have experienced that with any module with an admin interface. A number of aspects are now cached, including adlinks.

Without checking code, I would hazard a guess that your removal process did not involve un-installing the module, which should then regenerate the adlinks cache.

Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS):

Thanks for that, clearing the cache took care of it. Sweet!
