Odd record with IPN reconcile Reply to topic

Quick question... I am trying to understand the purpose of PayPal IPN reconcile. At first I thought this was the method for me to "download" my PayPal information when I receive a payment. But I just had a notification of "3 records" and the total amount doesn't correlate with my PayPal account, no any recent/combination of transactions.

If you click on the "Paypal IPN Reconcile" button, a pop-up alert box explains it and gives you the option to continue - it just collates IPN transations and places them into a separate financial transaction registery. The donation transactions are retained untouched.

Useful for those who are actually keeping track of their expenses vs donations.
