while I liked this calender it didn't do what I needed

it has a duration option instead of allowing you to set and end date and time and for what I'm using the calender for I need to be able to set week long events maximum, 3 day events, 1 day long and 3-4 hour recurring events

if it had the option to set the end date and time this would rock

Look at the recurring events options.
Week-long event: set start and stop times, repeat daily until 7 days later

that's one possibility except I'm talking about an event that starts 0900 (9AM) on Saturday and goes until the next Saturday 1800 (6PM)

I wish I knew more about PHP coding I'd code it myself then but I'm still learning could be a good project to get started on I suppose

Why not set the first day from 0900 - 2400 then a 2nd the next day from 0001 to 2400 and set it to recurring every day until the end of the event
