Fixed a really dumb error on start date from code tidy up.

Subsequently added the gregoriantojd() function to compensate for inadequate PHP versions where it doesn't exist (untested since my PHP doesn't need it).

Updated for DragonflyCMS 9.1.x and non-compliances fixed.
